General Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Bach Flower Gardens Ltd website terms and conditions for use. By using this website and/or placing an order you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions as set out below. We are not registered for VAT.

No contract will commence between you and Bach Flower Gardens Ltd for the sale by it to you of any product unless and until Bach Flower Gardens Ltd accepts your order by email confirming that it has dispatched your product. For the avoidance of doubt, any such contract will be deemed to have been concluded in the United Kingdom.
Further, any such contract will be interpreted, construed and enforced in all respects in accordance with the laws of England, and you and Bach Flower Gardens Ltd irrevocably agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.
Bach Flower Gardens shall not be liable to any person for any loss or damage, which may arise from the use of any of the information contained in any of the materials used in this website.
All rights, including copyright, in this website are owned or licensed to Bach Flower Gardens Ltd. Any use of the site or its contents, including copying or storage in whole or part, other than for personal use, is strictly prohibited without our prior permission.
To the fullest extent as permitted by the law, Bach Flower Gardens Ltd is providing this website and its contents on an as is basis and makes no (and expressly disclaims all) representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, with respect to this website or the information, contents, materials or products included in this website including, but without limitation, warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
All disclaimers and exclusions included in these terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English Law. Should any provision of these disclaimers and exclusions be deemed to be unlawful, void or for any other reason unenforceable, then that provision will be deemed to be severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.


Delivery Charges

We deliver to anywhere in England, Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland. Our UK standard delivery charge is £4.95. Free delivery with all UK orders over £60.

The delivery charge is aimed at covering the costs involved with the delivery and preparation of small orders. When composing your order, please bear in mind that all our products (unless stated other way) have a long shelf life of several months. INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY CHARGES APPLY TO EU, CANADA, USA. Note: International charges apply to orders shipped to Channel Islands, Jersey, Guernsey, Isle of Man. You will be billed according to the value of your order. Note: Your order may be sent to you in more than one package.


Delivery Time


Our aim is to dispatch all orders within 24 hours of receipt and credit card authorization. If there is any issue regarding your order we will endeavor to contact you within 24 hours. All timescales exclude weekends where orders are normally dispatched on the following Monday. Our standard delivery service should deliver UK mainland orders in 2 - 5 working days, deliveries to Europe and North America 5 - 7 working days.


Order Tracking


To track a recent order you will need your tracking code. Your tracking code and carrier information will be emailed to you once your order has been dispatched. To track your orders or any queries you may have please contact: sales@LesFleursDeBach.co.uk.


Returns & Exchanges


If by misadventure you should not be fully satisfied with our products, and should they not be of a nature to deteriorate or expire rapidly, you have the right to cancel your order by giving written notice to us (by e-mail, fax or post) at the address given below at any time from placing your order within 14 days from reception of the goods. In such case we will make a full refund to the value of the goods within 30 days from the date of cancellation. The cost of returning the goods to us will be born by you. On such cancellation, Bach Flower Gardens Ltd shall accept such goods only if they are returned to Bach Flower Gardens Ltd in the same condition as the original delivered goods. We decline all responsibility in the case of goods of a nature to deteriorate or expire rapidly. Please complete the form supplied with your order. Be sure to fill in all the details and enclose it with your package. If you don't have your invoice, please write the order number on a separate sheet of paper and enclose it with the package so that we can trace your order history.

Methods of Payment


We accept UK cheques and all major debit/credit cards. You are able to pay for your goods using Paypal and all major credit, debit cards (Mastercard, Visa, Visa Delta, Visa Purchasing, Switch, Solo, JCB and Electron cards). All orders must be placed online. UK cheques are subject to 7 days bank clearance before your order is dispatched.

Secure servers offer Bach Flower Gardens Ltd customers the highest level of security when entering credit card details over the Internet. The SSL and payment facilities for Bach Flower Gardens Ltd are provided by 1and1 and Paypal. All credit/debit card purchases are subject to the normal validation checks and authorisation procedures adopted by the card issuer. Any refusal by the issuer of any payment card to authorise the payment to us, for any reason, will not render Bach Flower Gardens Ltd liable for any delay or non-delivery.


Product Information


Whilst every effort has been made to display the colours of our products as accurately as possible on our website, the actual colours you see will depend on your own monitor. We can not guarantee that the colour displayed on your monitor will accurately reflect the colour of the product on delivery. Bach Flower Gardens Ltd takes all reasonable care to ensure that all details, descriptions and prices of products appearing on our website are correct at the time the information is entered onto the system. We reserve the right to refuse orders where product information has been entered onto our website incorrectly including prices and promotional activity. Prices are subject to change and without notice. All goods offered on the Bach Flower Gardens Ltd  website are subject to availability. If an item you have ordered is out of stock before your order is accepted, we will notify you by email as soon as possible. Our website is updated on a regular basis.
